GREAT VALLEY BEHAVIORAL HOMES
GREAT VALLEY BEHAVIORAL HOMES is a family-owned business spearheaded by Dr. Cholleta Menja, DNP, PMHNP. We were founded when we felt the need for behavioral services that are accessible to people in our community. We were inspired to build a facility that serves people with various health issues to make them feel supported and help them get back to living fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Our services focus on helping people who struggle with mental, physical, and emotional issues manage their condition and guide them in achieving independence. We want to extend a hand to the people in our community, so they get back to pursuing their interests, feeling a sense of comfort, and enjoying life once more. We commit to helping our clients get back to wellness by providing the necessary intervention for their needs and helping them become productive and contributing citizens in our society.
We are a Behavioral Health Residential Facility (SUD/Co-occurring) licensed per 9 A.A.C. 10 and Title XIX certified by AHCCCS to provide a structured treatment setting with 24-hour supervision and counseling or other therapeutic activities for persons who do not require on-site medical services.
We offer continuous onsite or on-call availability of a behavioral health professional; and continuous treatment to the individual who are experiencing a behavioral health issue that limits the individual's independence but who is able to participate in all aspects of treatment and to meet the individual's basic physical and age-appropriate needs.
We provide the programming, the structure and supervision of a co-occurring twenty-four (24) hour, seven day per week behavioral health treatment program to develop the skills to manage the symptoms of substance use and/or mental illness, skills necessary for activities of daily living, and to develop the adaptive and functional behavior that will allow clients to live outside of a residential treatment setting.
The services we provide are evidence-based and individualized to the needs of the clients. Clients must be able to participate in therapies and therapeutic activities as outlined in his/her plan and targeted treatment goals. To be admitted at one of our facility, Clients must be medically and psychiatrically stable enough to receive safe treatment at a BHRF level of care and does not require the twenty-four (24) hour medical/nursing monitoring or procedures provided in an acute inpatient setting. Our services are expected to assist clients in improving their psychiatric and/or substance use condition in order to achieve transition from this setting at the earliest possible time to an independent living setting with appropriate continued supports.
